Hi, is there a way I can add a custom activity? There are the standard ones like call, LinkedIn message etc, but I would like to add a couple more for reporting. Such as, 'connected back' on LinkedIn. TIA!

Currently, we are unable to have anyone without super admin permissions delete leads out of the prospecting area. We want to give our sales staff the autonomy to do this, thought they aren't admins. Thanks!

Hi, I didn't find a way to secure line items: - anybody can create a line item - anybody can alter an existing line item is there a way to propose line items, product elements in general, that we secure to be editable by admins only?
