hi, we try to add the playbook to a scheduled or already logged meeting but it doesn't offer the option. this is important for us, as we pretend to create the meeting report from a schedule meeting, and do not log a new meeting
i remember having done this in the past. what are we doing wrong now? can you help on how we must proceed?
I just now tested this in my own portal, and when I "Create Meeting" in the record and it exists, I can use my playbook to log the interaction, attaching it to the meeting that was created (labeled "test meeting"):
I couldn't replicate the issue, so I'd think it's a support question.

Yeah, Just like Dan said this does seem a bit odd. I’d first double-check your Meeting Types settings, just to be sure nothing’s off there or needs to be added. But honestly, it might just be an account-level limitation. If you’re on the Starter plan, a lot of these features (like using playbooks on already logged or scheduled meetings) aren’t available - Starter’s pretty bare bones in that sense.
I’d recommend checking the HubSpot product catalog to compare what’s included in your plan. And if you still feel like it should be working, probably best to reach out to support. Could be something instance-specific.
