Youtube Links in my document are misaligned

Hello,

I have a problem with my pdf presentation in hubspot.

The presentation has Youtube links on the pdf version.
When I import it into "Documents", the links are then shifted.

Do you know where the problem comes from and how to fix it?

Could you please provide more details?

Do you have screenshots where we can see what's happening?

Does this only happen for one pdf or do you experience the same for other pdfs?

Does the same happen in other browsers and an incognito window?

Does it look the same for your team members?

Does the same happen when you upload the pdf into an external programme (e.g. Google Drive)?

It looks like you also have HubSpot Technical Support included in your subscription, so you can also reach out to them if you don't want to share the information here.

I got the same issue when uploading a power point document with links in it to the documents section. When viewing the document, the links are there but shifted to the completely wrong place. When I hover around the page on some spots I can see the links. They are just not where they should be.

On pdf documents the links are removed completely when they are uploaded to HubSpot. I saw numerous other posts about this here in the community.

At least the shifted links can't be expected behavior?

I wasn't able to reproduce this behaviour on my end.

It looks like you have access to HubSpot Technical Support . As troubleshooting this further will involve sharing information specific to your account and specific examples, partnering with them will be the best next step.
