Workflow: Update custom meeting type

How can I update a custom meeting type when a meeting is created? 

I have a custom meeting type of Demo. I want a workflow to update this field when a meeting is created in HS via Outlook and the meeting name contains the word Demo. I cannot find a way to access this field to create the workflow trigger.

You can't currently set an "Activity" property value in workflows..but it would be under "call and meeting type"

Hi,

I'd like to be able to set meeting type based on a contact field (ex. if contact type is partner, set the meeting type to Partner, if contact type is Media, set meeting type to Media etc). This way I can disclude non-sales meetings from reporting.
