We are not receiving Task Notifications or reminders
SOLVE
Hello, we are trying out Hubspot CRM and have begun entering Tasks, and attaching them to contacts, companies and deals. However, we have not received any notifications or reminders for any them, and several tasks have gone past due.
We are not getting ANY task notifications via email (digested or otherwise, and they are not going to spam), nor are we getting pop-ups or browser notifications, nor Bell Notifications when we are in HubSpot.
On email, I do get notifications from noreply@hubspot.com about a number of importing/exporting activities I'm doing. But that's it. Though that's just a few and we have NOT exceeded 200 notifications so far.
I've talked to chatbot, a live agent, and searched here on the community site and have tried to follow the steps there, to no success. I'm probably still missing something.
There are a few more steps that you could take relating your inbox settings (releasing quarantined emails, setting up allowlisting etc.)
Before you do that, I'd recommend disabling all notifications and then switching them back on again. ("Have you tried turning it off and back on again...") Sometimes this does the trick.

@karstenkoehler , your advice did the trick! We each disabled our notification settings, saved them (where prompted), and re-enabled them. As of this morning we started getting several missing HubSpot notifications, including Tasks and a few others.
If helpful to others, there are several areas within the current Settings that affect Notifications, so here are the areas we toggled in the current build (June 2021):
your account -- Profile & Preferences -- Your Preferences -- Notifications -- Email tab
Turn Email on / off there
further down there is a -- "What you get notified about..."
Toggle reminders and notification topics, for emails there (we only toggled tasks for now, but may do a complete re-set)

Thank you Karsten. I've turned off everything. Saved. And turned everything back on for both email and desktop notifications. I've created two new tasks due tomorrow morning. We will let you know what we see!
We are on GoogleSuite (so not Outlook) and as far as I can tell, there are no emails being filtered by our system regarding HubSpot emails (nothing showing up in spam). I do get some specific emails currently from HubSpot, from noreply@hubspot.com, which go directly to my inbox. But not task reminders currently.
