You can see an activity report if you go to the dashboard you'd like to see it on, then in the top right there's an "Add Report" button. Once there you can search for "Activity" to see your activity or emails send, etc. And another report for "Productivity" which will show you a count of Emails Sent, Emails Replied, Meetings, and Phone calls:
