Using Meetings Bot as an Out of Hours Chatflow

Is it possible to use a meetings bot as an out of office hours chatflow?

I want to be able to switch from live chat to a meetings bot from 5pm but Hubspot only seems to allow me to set the meetings bot to during office hours or always on - why is this? Surely the bot is most useful to us when our reps aren't available to respond live...

For me it would make so much sense if I could use the meetings tool out of hours rather than just hoping prospects will leave their email address with us...

Hi Jess, we already have the bot take over during out of hours, but it doesn't let us use it to allow prospects to book meetings with our reps through the meeting links, unless i'm missing something?

You can add the "book a meeting" action to a chatbot as explained in this article.
