Unenroll contacts from sequence based on Lead Status value

Hi,
Me and my colleagues are running sequneces in HubSpot with Sales Hub Professional.
Occassionally, an 'undeliverable' response will come back to us as the user, but this isn't caught by HubSpot. We then mark the contact as unqualified in their Lead Status, but of course the contact is still enrolled since there wasn't a reported bounce by HubSpot.
Is it possible to set up sequences with a workflow that would uneneroll any currently enrolled user if we were to mark them as unqualified?
