I am running into an issue where I cannot create a new Sequence, even though it seems I have all the necessary requirements.
Here is my current setup:
Portal Plan:Sales Hub Professional.
My User Seat:My admin confirmed that I have aSales Hub Professional Seatassigned (not just a Core seat).
Inbox:My personal inbox is successfully connected inSettings > General > Email.
Permissions:My admin states that I have access to CRM tools.
The Problem: When I go toAutomation > Sequences, the "Create Sequence" button is grayed out (or inactive), and I cannot click it.
My Question: Is there a specific granular permission setting under "CRM Tools" that my admin might have missed? Or is there another reason why a user with a paid seat and connected inbox would be blocked from creating sequences?
Any advice on what specific setting to check would be appreciated.
