I’m trying to find a way to see who, in a sequence, opened my emails and at this point, the only way to do that is to click on all contacts individually. Going through all the contacts in the sequence every time an email goes out is extremely inefficient. Hubspot knows that 19% of people opened my email, so there should be a way to see that in some type of report. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Try an active list - it won't be perfect but it might help the guess and check process:
Contact Property: Now in Sequence = TRUE
Contact Property: Recent sales email open date is [you choose what you want here]
Between date – can be used between enrollment period
Known – this might be good if they have only received sales emails from the sequence
After – date enrolled for someone who has been emailed before their enrollment
It won't tell you which one they opened but at the very least you have some idea of who they are. Then based on the open data you can optimize based on rates.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Diana
