We've just let a contractor go. There was a lag between their termination and deactivating them in Hubspot. We can see that there was no sales-related activity after he was terminated, but we can also see that he logged into Hubspot several hours after being terminated. Is there any way to see what he did other than a logged sales activity? I'm wondering especially about downloading information, running reports, or deleting records.
Previously this information was an export-only feature which meant downloading a new .CSV file every time a super admin needed to review up-to-date data.
How does it work?
To view the log of security activity history:
In your HubSpot account, click the Settings icon in the main navigation bar
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Account Defaults
Click the Security tab
In the Activity logs section, click View security activity history
Who gets it?
Available across all product tiers and plans.
Best regards!
