Tracking time from MQL to SQL

SOLVE

Hi, I'm looking to work out how to run a report that shows time spent at each lifecycle stage eg MQL, SQL, which I can see monthly. I believe it can be done through calculations, but this isn't something I'm familiar with, so a step-by-step response would be most helpful. Thank you!

Tracking time from MQL to SQL

SOLVE

Hi @HSHoo1

This is now quite straightforward to achieve since HubSpot launched the time beteeen calculated property type.

Simply:

  • Create a Calculation contact property
  • Set Time Between as the Calulated property type
  • Pick a date property (e.g. Became a Marketing Qualified Lead Date) as the start date
  • And another (e.g. Became a Sales Qualified Lead Date) as the end date
  • And Create

Here's how it should look:

Hope this helps?

Hi @HSHoo1

You basically need to build a report with the calculated property as a data property. You can chose to plot it against some other data or just report on it as value as show in the following screen:

Hope this helps.

Would this work historically? Or just going forward?

That's great, I've created it. How would I then go about reporting on this? New to HubSpot!
