Tool Bar on the left side of the screen

Hubspot moved the toolbar from a banner along the top of the page to along the left side of the screen.  I used to be able to lock it at the beggining when the update happened, but that function was also taken away.  Anytime my mouse goes anywhere near the toolbar it pops open and interrupts what I am trying to type.  I do a lot of copying and pasting and most of the information that I need to copy and paste is literally right alongside the toolbar.  So all day long it is popping open when I don't want it too.  It is extremely frustrating.  I didn't like having it locked open either as I work on a laptop and it makes the "viewable" working visible area so small, but it was better than the toolbar popping open all the time.  Why can't the toolbar be at the top of the page like it used to be?  I am so frustrated, I thought eventually it would go back to the top over time but it has not.  Please fix it.

Hi @Coverage,

This has frustrated many user and has caused complaints but it doesn't look like the top menu will return. The reason for that is apparently that the left sidebar allows the addition of more top menu items as HubSpot expands its offering.

In any case, it looks like the product team won't go back.
