Time a sales rep takes to respond to a client

It owuld be very useful for sales managers to a have report showing how much time went by between a contact was created and the first contact by a sales rep. It would be extremely helful to measure teams' speed and quality.

This is already possible within the sales analytics tool. It's part of HubSpot's Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise offering. In the screenshot below, you can see the "Lead response time" report.
