This might be useful for Sales Owner - Receive notification after a quote is signed

Starting June 14th, (with full go-live on June 18th), users will receive a notification when a quote they own is paid which lists the amount and the date of the payment. Quote owners will receive these notifications automatically. There is no action that users need to take in order to start receiving the "quote paid" notifications. Users can unsubscribe from receiving these notifications in the Notification Center if they wish.

Also, the quote signers (i.e. our user's customer) will now receive a copy of the document they signed once all required signatures (buyer's side) and countersignatures (seller's side) have been completed.
