The "contact owner" is not the "Meeting owner"

SOLVE

Hello to the hubspot Community,

I am new to hubspot and stuck to find a solution to this problem:
I would like to create an automation that sends a message to the "contact owner" as soon as his contact schedules a meeting with another Hubspot user.

Hi @CLihoum,

This is unfortunately not possible at this stage. The approach here would be as shown in the screenshot below. However, you'd have to create workflow (or branch) for each user. Additionally, it's currently not possible to re-enroll contacts into a contact-based workflow when there is a new activity. Each contact would only enroll once.

An easier alternative is for sales reps to set up their notifcations. With the correct user notifications, they would receive an email about a new meeting booked anyway (under "Form submissions" in the notification settings) – they simply would have to pay attention to whom it is assigned.

Best regards!
