Tex Messages & Social Media Communication Logging?

Hello, I was wonderng if there was a way to log text messages or communications from LinkedIn on HubSpot? My Outside Sales Managers use texts quite often to interact with our customers so it would be nice if they could get logged in HubSpot.

Hi @Brandond  There won't be a way to automate this, but you can log the thread as a  note to a contact  record. If you have the the HubSpot mobile app, you can copy the content of a text thread and paste it into a note. For more advanced tracking and metrics, you could also use the Log-An-Activity tab and log the thread as a meeting.
