Terms & Conditions on quotes

OUr T&Cs have too many characters for a snippet.  What is the best way to add T&Cs to quotes, is there a way to create a template?

I know this is an older post but I wanted to share an article I wrote to help anyone finding this question in Google Search. The article covers three different ways you can add terms and conditions to a HubSpot quote and the pros and cons of each approach.

Because of this missing feature HubSpot is currently not possible to use a simple contract management system so as a small business with rather long T&Cs I would need to use GetAccept or OneFlow or something like that to handle that part, and use HubSpot only as the Prospect / CRM system. It is a bit annoying because it's such an obvious part of a quotation but I'm sure with the Enterprise-plus-all-the-extras plan HubSpot will soon make it available.

Hi @kwoodw ,

Thank you for sharing your query in the Community.

I believe templates are currently not supported within the quotes. However, I know some users use snippets to include a link to an external page containing any relevant terms & conditions. This way you can keep the quotes clean and concise.

I hope this helps!

I suggest revising this other post https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Customize-Quote-template-appearance/idi-p/193644
Customization of quotes is something our team is working on.
