I use the HubSpot "Templates" all day long every day to send emails out to prospects. I add a contact's email address and then click Template and it drops in my pre-written email message and allows me to customize from a consistent starting point.
All of a sudden, it isn't working at all. I type the email address, click on Templates and it asks me to first type in an email address - even though I already have one typed in the To field.
I have already logged out and back in, deleted and added back in the Gmail extension and rebooted my computer. Nothing seems to help.
Can anyone help here? Thanks!!

Hi @SBaedke
Thank you for reaching out!
I cannot reproduce this on my gmail and I can see you have a ticket opened with HubSpot technical support, as you have access to it. They will be better able to help here as they can provide real-time assistance for this matter, and where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
Thank you!
Best
Tiphaine
