Telephone call reporting

SOLVE

Our telephone calls are not automatically reporting into the: Reports - Sales Dashboard - Activity KPI's.

 

emails and meetings are - just not calls?

 

How do we set this up or troubleshoot?

Hi Karsten - this screenshot is taken from our HS reporting tab - sale team Activity KPI's:

 

The only one that shows calls is for Deahla - she manually logs her calls.

We need our sales people to make calls and for these to automatically report. Or salespeople will most likely not manually enter their calls and the reporting will be ineffective.

Could you share some more details? Which report(s) exactly are you referring to, are you using HubSpot's default call functionality?
