Synchronising App and Browser call log notes

I have been using the app to make calls and then make notes after a call.

The info is logged on the phone app, but is not visible in HS Cloud when I log in at the office.

As a first step, can you update the app to ensure you're on the most up to date version?

No, I am up to date. Still shows no sync with my phone notes. Isn't that a part of having it across phone and online?  Also, I have created most deals on PC, yet they also do not show on my phone.  Again, no sync
