Switching from motion.ai bots to HubSpot

I am switching from using motion.ai to HubSpot (motion.ai has been acquired by HubSpot). Do HubSpot bots support SMS text messaging, or are they only available for web applications?

Hi @sanctuaryri, Chris here from Salesmsg and we do allow you to integrate into send texts from a Chat Workflow using webhooks. 

You can capture the phone number from the Chat bot and then use Salesmsg to send/receive texts. You can learn more here:

At present, I'm not aware of HubSpot's chatbot implementation supporting SMS communication. If motion.ai had it, hopefully it will come to the platform soon.
