As an agency partner (provider employee), our role is to operate and manage HubSpot for our client. We build workflows to automate responses for form-fills and other related activities, but it makes zero sense that we can't build a sequence without having a Sales Hub seat.
In a world where the line between sales and marketing is continually getting blurrier, a Super Admin (especially provider employee) should be able to access Sequences. We obviously will not be doing any of the sales functions as a partner. However, it's critical that we can help the client by creating sequences so that Marketing and Sales can effectively collaborate.
Thanks for the note. I’m aware of how it works. However, I don’t believe that it should be this way. An agency partner should not have to take up a seat in order to build a sequence.
As a super admin (provider employee), it would be appropriate to have the ability to build sequences without using a seat because we would obviously not be using the sequence ourselves. Other than trying to get the client to pay more money, what is the reasoning behind preventing this?
