Snippets requiring email address, already entered

The snippets are requiring an address email to be entered before using them. Even when I have an email entered, it still tells me to enter a contact in the "to" field. Has anyone had this issue before?

Snippets requiring email address, already entered

Hi @IOrifici,

Could you share a screenshot of where you're expecting an email address to autopopulate?

Generally, snippets are short, reusable text blocks that can be used on contact, company, deal and ticket records; in email templates; in chat conversations; and when logging an activity or note, see here. Using a snippet in an email will not autopopulate the recipient field of a sales email, if that's what you're referring to.

If I didn't understand you correctly, please let me know.

Best regards!

Here is what it says. I have an email address entered, but it is still asking for me to enter it. Snippet issue.png
