Show Meetings link not displaying in chat

According to the documentation:

3. Book more meetings

Using the messages tool, you have the option to include your meetings link at the top of the chat widget. 

So I turned on the option (in My Profile):

Show meetings link

Show a link to your meetings booking page in the messages chat window.

however the meetings link still doesn't display in the chat window.

Any ideas why this is not working?

Hi @pspedding,

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you please share screenshots from an incognito window with a chat that should bring up your meetings link (and link to the page)? 

Is this happening for other users as well? 

The more information, screenshots and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist!
