Sequences messing up e-mail subject linesSOLVE

I recently upgraded to Sales Pro and am having my first run at Sequences.
Problem is that Sequences is changing the subject lines in the template emails, so that all emails in a sequence is getting identical subject lines.
The email templates have been created with different subject lines, and when I only place one of these emails in a sequence, the subject line stays put. But the minute I drag another email into the sequence, the subject line on the second email is changed automatically to match the subject line of the first email.
I've tried clicking the individual emails in the sequence to manually change the subject line back, but once I click them, they appear correct (that is with the original subject line).
I've tested the sequence on my self as a contact, and I do recieve emails with identical subject lines.
Also tried manually changing the subject line, when I enroll a contact into the sequence, but I can only change it on the first email and it immediately makes the rest of the emails identical.
