I put in a calendar drop (sending a calendar invite blindly to see if the contact accepts). It appears that this is causing them to be unenrolled from the sequence even though they might not have accepted the invitation.
Any way around having them be unenrolled if they don't accept? kkj
Try making an active list with the following parameters:
>> Contact Property: Now In Sequence = False
and
>> Contact Property: Now In Sequence has ever been = True
and
>> This is where you'll decide on what qualifies them as someone in limbo:
- last activity date
- unsubscribe/opt-out
- meetings property
- lifecycle stage = Opp/SQL
- stalled deal stage if you have one
This should give you a running list of folks that have finished or unenrolled from a sequence with the qualifier you added. As folks start to engage or move out of the stalled limbo state they will fall off of the list leaving only those that are still in limbo.
Hope that helps!
