Currently, we're experiencing an issue where, even after receiving a reply, the sequence continues sending emails instead of stopping automatically as expected. According to the documentation, it should stop once a reply is received, so this seems like it might be a bug. Could someone assist us with resolving this?
Have you checked this setting in your sequence Unenrollment criteria? Please make sure that the default setting to automatically unenroll contacts after receiving a reply is active.
