Hello everyone. I would like to know whether i am allowed to send(or generate) any documents besides qoutes to a prospect? It might be NDA or something else.Additionally, the document should have an option to be signed ( the same as quotes) - is it possible? Please, let me know if i can get this information in HubSpot Academy - unfortunatelly i haven`t found yet.
HubSpot's eSignature feature only works with quotes currently. If you want to send different documents for signature, while using information from and having them logged in HubSpot, I recommend you conisder a connected system like Pandadoc or Hellosign.
At the moment, we don't have a native process for document signing. However, we do integrate with apps like DocuSign, Dropbox, and many others that support document signing. You can check out our Marketplace to see all the apps we integrate with.
Best,
Diana

Hi All!I highly recommend you check out Box Sign.We provide UNLIMITED signatures plus a boatload more functionality with cheaper prices than PandaDoc or Docusign and this INCLUDES the enterprise application Box.
Here's the solution that bridges this gap:
Box Sign + SparkGrid Software Box Connector gives you the native experience you're looking for:
✅Direct from HubSpot: Generate and send quotes with eSignature without leaving HubSpot
✅No PDF Export: Documents flow directly from HubSpot to signature without manual steps
✅Seamless Customer Experience: Customers receive and sign within one unified flow
✅Automatic Status Updates: Signature status syncs back to HubSpot deals automatically
Nice to meet you! Appreciate this is an old post, but we have a HubSpot app called Portant. It will let you generate documents beyond quotes (for example, NDAs, contracts, letters) using Google Docs, Word or Google Slides and Powerpoint templates and include e-signature fields so recipients can sign just like they do on quotes.
You can build the template, add signature placeholders and publish a signable document.
For example, Portant can:
create documents from Google Docs or Slides templates and publish a signable version (you can do this with or without a HubSpot source): Request Signatures (without a source)
insert signature, date, text field and checkbox placeholders and request signatures from one or multiple recipients: Request Multiple Signatures

What you'd do is upload your word doc to your Box Sign templates and kick it off through HubSpot - I'm happy to give you a walkthrough - book a time with me here: https://calendly.com/chris-sparkgridsoftware/30min

Hi, is this maybe changed now, can other types of documents be signed with Hubspot, other than Quotes, like NDA, or any other type of agreement with a customer that needs signing? Thanks
Hi @Marina1991 just to complement the previous response. You would be able to send quotes if you have any of our free or paid packages. Take into account that for free and starter accounts the quotes are not tied to the product library, so they are very limited. With Professional and Enterprise you have access to 100 quotes per deal. However, depending on your subscription you wouldn't have access to e-signatures (only Sales Professional and Enterprise have access) or you will have a specific limit.
Professional: 10 signatures per user per month.
Enterprise: 30 signatures per user per month.
You could use the documents tool to share other sales-related documents but you wouldn't have access to e-signature with them. You could potentially use the integration we have with Pandadoc if you need to manage contracts and very specific documents with e-signature capabilities.
Another question, how is a user defined here? For example I am using Sales Professional: Does that mean every user in my account has 10 signatures or only those with sales authorization? and what about super admins?
Thanks in advance for the clarification, as I cannot see where to find these information.
are these allocated by user or can our total be allocated to our company? i.e. 5 Professional users so we have 50 per month to use in total by our companty.
