Sending an Email Template as a Link in an Automated Task in Sales Pipelines

Is it possible to add a hyperlink to a template inside an automated task assigned that we would like for a team member to use in their follow-up with a contact? We don't want to automatically send the email because there are attachments that need to be added to it that are specific to the prospect before it being sent out.

Hi @jp_matty,

Yes, you'd include the link to the template in the task notes:

Clicking this link will take the user to the Templates editor however. (It's currently not possible to have the message window in a contact record pop up with the correct template.)

That's why I'd recommend including the name of the template as plain text in the task so that the sales person can easily search and select it themselves.
