Search Doesn't Index from Leads

We are trying to search for keywords that we know exist inside notes left on leads, why does the search not include those objects?

You're right - this should be working as per the knowledge base article on the global search: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/search-within-your-hubspot-account#crm-records-and-...

I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly in-app via chat or email to flag this. They can forward the issue to the product team.

Hello @karstenkoehler this doesn't solve my problem.  Where in the help article that you linked does it say that it searches notes inside leads vs contacts?  I need lead notes.

I've found for you an article "Search within your HubSpot account" where it indicates that all records can be searched by notes.

Also, on this article "Review lead activities" it is stated that in the right panel, in the Recent and Upcoming activities sections, you can view the three most recent or the three nearest upcoming activities.

If you still cannot search for a note on a lead, as @karstenkoehler mentioned, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
