Sales Workspace - Recent Communication

SOLVE

Does anyone else find it frustrating that when you click on a lead in the Sales Workspace, the Recent Communication section doesn't show the initial enquiry from the customer?  i.e. you have to click into the contact record to see more information before qualifying or disqualifying a lead.  

 

Does anyone know a better way?

SOLVE

In such cases here's what I do, When I've found key leads with lot of conversations, I tend to pin the intial email to the top of the contact timeline. This helped me have a quick view of the intital conversations without needing to scroll.

You can try this by selecting the " Pin to Top" option.

Thank you everyone.  I have discovered that you can associate an email chain with the lead object which i didn't realise at first so all good now.

Hi @Nitaneth ,

The Recent communications include the most recent emails, calls, meetings, SMS, WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn messages, and postal mail on the record

I can see all communications here. Can you confirm if the intital enquiry came in via a form or chatbot?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply to my query.

They are generally emails received into a generic shared inbox which are associated to the contact but sometimes a web form.

I have raised this with Hubspot Support and they said that I can only expect to view comms between the contact and the lead owner after the lead has been created but it is the initial enquiry I need to see.

Any ideas?

Hey, thanks for your reply.  I understand what you are saying but just to clarify, do i still have to click into the contact record to see the initial enquiry?  Is there no way I can ever see it on the Workspace dashboard, e.g. in Recent Comms?
