Our sales process involves having an LDR (Lead Development Representative) access another sales rep’s workspace to easily track the lead pipeline, with the goal of booking calls for a sales consultant.
I changed a setting to allow LDRs to view other reps’ sales workspaces and leads. However, when they click on a lead, the options to write a note, email, call, etc. are grayed out. How can I make these options accessible? (Note: I’m a super admin and still see the same issue when viewing another rep’s sales workspace.)
This is very important for our sales process, and we'd like them to easily be able to write an email, note, call, etc. Thank you!
Can you confirm that these LDRs have the required communicate permissions?
If so and it's still not working, please check that they can edit the required leads:
This, on my end, let me edit other user's leads. I had viewing sales workspace as another user enabled but would assume it's the communicate permissions.
Best regards

Thank you for your reply! I have confirmed that I have these permissions set:
Just for clarification though, they are able to click into the lead/contact profiles and edit it within the profile itself. However, what isn't working is when they view sales workspace as another user, click into the lead, and try to hit one of the quick actions (see screenshot below.)
Are you able to access these quick actions from your side?
