Hi,
First of all, I'm referring to software subscriptions, not the communication subscriptions in CRM.
We are a SaaS company, using Marketing Hub professional, Sales hub Starter, Service Hub professional and CMS professional.
We sell subscriptions online. We used to sell only single licenses meaning there was a one to one relation between a subscription and a contact. So keeping track of the subscriptions was simply keeping track of the contact.
But now we sell multi-license subscriptions too.
I was hoping to use the deal object for that with multiple line items. I cannot import however deals with multiple line items into the system. And even adding a deal with one line item seems problematic.
So before we start integrating this via the API, I would like to find out if and how it should work.
Anyone has experience with this? Hubspot support is usually very responsive, but now there is a big silence.
Stijn

That's true. Fortunately, Stripe integrates with HubSpot (it's actually the architecture for Payments) so you should still be able to use it as a subscription type payment solution.

Hi Dan,
Thanks for the suggestion! But if I'm not mistaken, Hubspot payments is not available outside US. We are in Belgium and use Stripe for payment.

@Stijn would you be able to solve this with HubSpot Payments and recurring payments + product library?
