We operate as an SDR to AE handoff model with 'meetings' being set up. How do you guys handle Round Robin deals for instant handoff while lead is on the phone?
In other words, we want to be able to transfer the call to a AE team in round robin fashion but only want it to go to people based on their schedules (and/or if active).
note a standard meeting link has 15 min 'notice' times so no one is ever technically available. thoughts?
@allhandl - This is probably more suitable for your dialer solution. Your phone system may be able to integrate and tell you who the next available agent is in real-time. Also, you can create a workflow that would assign a deal to the AE in a round-robin fashion and notify them. The problem with the workflow is that you are trying to do it immediately. That is why your dialer solution would work best to help manage those important sales calls.
