Reporting on Personalization Tokens used in Sequences?

Our team is very interested in focusing on Personalization in Sequences this quarter, as we start to look at outbound prospecting. Our sequences have a section with a placeholder, in which the team should be adding personalization.

Can I report on if a team member is entering data in a personalization token (i.e. a placeholder to add additional text) in a sequence? If so, How?

No, this is unfortunately not possible. HubSpot doesn't have any data report data source that would include placeholders, and usage data on personalization tokens in general isn't available either. At this point, this can't be done.

No, this is unfortunately not possible. HubSpot doesn't have any data report data source that would include placeholders, and usage data on personalization tokens in general isn't available either. At this point, this can't be done.

Hi @EMcGrath,

 

You can utilize the HubSpot Reporting feature. HubSpot provides valuable insights into user activities. To monitor the use of personilization tokens, you may want to consider creating a custom contact property specific to personilisation entries.

 

As team members populate the perosnalization tokens with additional text, you can use workflows or automation rule to update this custom property. Subsequently, you can run reports on the usage of these custom properties to track which team members are actively personalising content within the sequences.

 

Additionaly, you can go to HubSpot activity logs to see the history of changes made to contact properties. 

 

By combinig custom properties, workflows and activity logs, you should be able to report and track.
