Reminder for not answered email?

SOLVE

Hello together,

 

is there the possibility to get a reminder/task when an email from us to the customer is not answered within a certain timeframe?

SOLVE

Hi @janquast 

 

You can't be notified specifically when a contact 'does not do something'. However, sequences automatically end after a reply is recieved so, if you add a task to a sequence due some time after an email is sent, that task will effecitvely be a reminder that they have not replied.
