Reflecting wrong Country code in mobile

I had changed settings in the general tab, changed account defaults in general, and user defaults both to India but when it comes to calling it is showing the wrong country code. Our team project is starting tomorrow and we are facing this kind of glitches today. Please help.

@H_kr Could you clarify exactly what steps you're taking to get to this screenshot, I cannot find it? Are you on mobile or desktop? If you're on mobile, do you have android or iOS?
