For some reason the quoting tool was changed and this is causing all kinds of problems for my sales team. I would like for it to be changed to allow selection of the quoting template to be moved back to first in the process instead of last. You not have to go all the way to the last step of the quote to chose your template and the go back to change your line items and payment options. Also discovered that if you add or change a discount the payment option totals do not adjust to equal the proper totals. You have to turn off the payment schedule and re-setup or manually change the payment totals. This was not thought out very well and was changed without notice.

Regarding the quoting tool template changes, they were implemented on September 9th, 2024 and it cannot be reverted for a specific account.
As for the auto-updating of totals based on changes in discounts, it seems to be working correctly on my end. Please share screenshots of the issue so I can better understand the problem. Additionally, try refreshing the page to see if that resolves the issue.

Having custom templates and not be able to select until the end is crazy. If you have custom templates for different type of quoting not being able to select until the end then having to back track to update the quote so it contains all the data necessary for the quote is counter productive. This is possible a change that will steer us away from Hubspot. It would be really nice to have the option to select the quote template first like every other quoting system does.
