Quotes tool displays odd message instead of the quote preview

Today our quote building tools on Sales Hub started displaying a snippet of code instead of displaying the quote preview.

Instead of a preview of the quote the display is

We are unable to build new quotes in hubspot.

Does anyone know how to help?
