[Question] Is it possible to control the chat displayed for each user?

I run a Shopify site that users from all over the world access, and I want to control the chat channels that are displayed for each user in each country.
(USA dedicated channel for USA users, Japan dedicated channel for Japanese users)

Specifically, I would like to register a country tag for each member and control it by the value of the tag.
Example:
USA user: Register "country_USA"
Japanese user: Register "country_JAPAN"

・ For USA users, only the chat channel dedicated to USA is displayed.
・ For Japanese users, only chat channels dedicated to Japan are displayed.

Is this specification feasible with "Hubspot"?

Indeed, installing Shopify and HubSpot will allow you to sync tags as a property within HubSpot. You will then be able to create a lists based on these tags, and to use this list as targeting rule in your chatflow

You can do that by changing the targeting rules of the chatflow, here is a resource that can help:

Is it necessary to link Shopify with Hubspot in order to use targeting rules in chat flow based on Shopify customer tag information?

By linking, it is recognized that Shopify's customer tag information can be specified in the targeting rules on the Hubspot side.
