Prospecting Workspace is it possible to add company associated to the contact when creating a lead?

How can I see the company while creating a lead in Prospecting Workspace? In case of contacts that have the same name and surname it is not possible to see which company they are assigned to.

Once you add a lead into the prospecting workspace click on your lead name and in the association section of your contact you can see the associated company of that contact:

Thanks, but I meant while you are creating a lead, not after it is created

Click Contact to create a contact lead,

• In the dropdown menu, select the contact or company record the lead will be associated with. If the Sync lead owner with contact and company owner toggle is turned on in your settings, you can only associate contacts or companies you own.
