I'm wondering how you manage the Company Leads within the new Prospecting Tool. It's possible to create a list and get the Lead name out but not all the details. Within the tool it self you only see your own Leads.
My questions goes in the direction if Marketing generates Leads for Sales, how do you keep track where they are at as they keep the Lifecycle Stage of MQL and SQL usually.
If the marketing team wants to keep track of where certain records (contacts or companies) are in the lead pipeline, you can create lists and filter for a specific pipeline stage:
Alternatively, if you want to be able to easily see where exactly they are in the lead pipeline, you could consider setting up a workflow that maintains a contact or company property based on the progress of a contact or company in the lead pipeline. This could be a single checkbox ('Record being worked in lead pipeline'), a date property ('Lead pipeline connected date'), or a dropdown of the actual stages.
Eventually, this depends a bit on what exactly you want to keep track of and which report exactly you'd like to build. The lead object is a source available in the report builder so visualization might also be possible directly.
Best regards!

Thank You a lot for taking the time to write back.
That's more or less how I did it - but it really seems the "Lead Object" is not completly available in the List and Contact View as a Custom Object is. I did do it by reports and lists not for the moment to keep track. I guess if you work with multiple Lists, you get them all out or sync the value back on the Contact Object, that would probably be an option.
