Prospecting Lead: Where to find the disqualification reason

SOLVE

Hello, we are using the new prospecting Lead tool. Basis is company (not contact). I am wondering:

- where do I find the disqualification reasons

- where do I find the Lead disqualification notice

- and how can I implement the diqualification reasons in my lead pipeline report?

I can´t find it anywhere? Maybe because the tool is new and not very elaborated yet? Or I am blind ...

Thank you very much!

Prospecting Lead: Where to find the disqualification reason

SOLVE

Hi @YPerdelwitz,

The disqualification reason is a lead object property – when creating a custom report in the custom report builder, simply select leads as data source (and potentially along with companies / contacts, if you desire) and you'll find the disqualification reason as a field to display in your report: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

If you want to make the disqualification reason easily accessible on contact / company, you would do so via a sync property: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-sync-properties

There is currently no easy way to simply create a filtered index page view for disqualification reasons.
