Proposal Templates

Hi..... Are there any Help tutorials out there that can be used to create a Proposal Template (RFP) for my reps to pull from as needed? I've seen a lot for Quote templates, but not finding much of anything for proposals. Thank you in advance!

Have you seen the free templates provided by HubSpot here? There are a handful of proposal templates in there. I also know that @james-portant has some experience with proposal templates. Hey James, any tips or tricks you can share with us in addition to your integration?

Hi @LThurman7 

so HubSpot is more flexible regarding Quotes

but not so much focus con RFP or RFI.

So, either you create a custom Quote that fits your needs

or you can take a look at 3rd party apps like BetterProsposals

or apps for document signing like Oneflow

both let you create the type of document that you need, with your styles and more.

I'm pretty sure we'll be able to help. We have an Proposal automation app for HubSpot called Portant. It it will give you more control over the data included in your proposal, including using any Custom Property or perfoming custom calulations on the properties). We use Google Docs or Slides to allow you to design the Proposal to look exactly the way you want it to. I made a short 60s video about it here:

For example, Portant can:

• source and use any data connected to your HubSpot Deal and customise a proposal with it (custom properties and objects included).
