Hey @freemulder are you still experiencing this issue? Pardon my poor French, but from what I can understand of the message you are having trouble using the Call Queue - correct?
If you see a message Call Failed, HubSpot advises to verify the following:
1. The number you are attempting to call is still in use / live.
2. You entered the phone number in the correct format. Accepted formats:
1 888 482 7768
3. The number you have registered is valid.
