Problem while importing gifs to use in templates

Hello everyone,

I uploaded some gifs to use in my templates.
While some gifs are replaying, some other gifs are ending with the last frame.

Do you know how can I deal with this problem?

Hi @SonerAlm,

My guess is that it would have to do with the size or source of the gif. I don't think it's a standard functionality to put gifs into templates, so the functionality would probably depend on the gif and source rather than on HubSpot.

It would also be helpful if you could send along screenshots/video of what you're seeing.
