Prevent logging meetings for secondary domain (gmail calendar sync)
Nov 2, 2020 10:17 AM
We use 1 hubspot account for 2 domains, let's call them A.com & B.com.
Some hubspot users have both an A.com and a B.com email address, only for one they have a hubspot account.
We face the issue that internal meetings are logged on the B.com Company item in CRM.
Then we see these meetings n the timeline of the company record B in the CRM. For example, john has a hubspot account with A.com email adres. He has a meeting with some colleagues, invited using their B.com email addresses. These then get logged on the B.com company record.
Also some personal meetings between hubspot 2 users are logged, but only if one of them uses the email from the other domain. For example, john has an hubspot account using his A.com, and jane (with hubspot account & calendar sync) invites john using his B.com email address.
How can we filter out the B.com meetings?
Noe that internal emails are effectively filtered, based on some custom domain wildcards. These seem to have no effect on the meetings though.
