Phone function not working- won't progress from entering six digit number

When setting up my Call feature- i click on call, it comes up with "Add your phone number". I make sure that Australia is selected, and enter in my mobile correctly. Hubspot then calls my mobile phone and asks me to enter my 'six digit figure'. I do this, and then the voice on the phone asks me to enter it again... ground hog day, keeps repeating itself no matter how many times I enter my six digit figure that is shown on the screen. It does not progress to a register screen at all.

1. The phone number you are trying to register

2. What type of phone it is

3. Where in the registration process you are getting stuck
