Offer options in quotes

SOLVE

I don't believe its possible to offer a prospect options in the quotes tool. For example, selecting between product A + B, or A+ C, (total value would be different depending on the option selected.)

Another use case would be if you buy product A do you want to take up optional additional offers such as an extended warranty.

Any suggestions for workarounds (other than sending multiple quotes.)

Offer options in quotes

SOLVE

Hey @CFell, thank you for posting in our Community!

As a workaround, Create a detailed quote that lists the primary product (Product A) along with separate line items for optional products (B and C) and additional offers (e.g., extended warranty). Clearly indicate that these items are optional and show their individual prices.

To our top experts, @TomM2 and @Lucila-Andimol do you have any recommendations for @CFell matter?

Thank you,

Pam

Offer options in quotes

SOLVE

Hey @CFell

in general customers tend to do this in a quotation page

not in a quote.

The quote is to be prepared by the sales rep (not the customer)

and to sign with final option chosen.

Hope this helps

Offer options in quotes

Hey @CFell

have you try the 3rd party app Better proposals?

You do get that options that you mentioned for the customers to click on add-ons to build the chosen plan.

You try that out.

Hope this helps
